We prepare numerous espresso and coffee specialties in our mobile café. We adhere strictly to the original Italian recipes and prepare the coffee for you using high-quality grinders and portafilter machines.
Espresso
Is the basis for most of our specialties. Water is pressed through 7 grams of ground coffee at a temperature of approx. 92 degrees at a pressure of 9 bar for around 25 seconds, producing a drink volume of approx. 25 ml.
Latte Macchiato
We froth milk and add freshly brewed espresso.
Flat White
We pour an espresso into the cup and add finely frothed milk on top.
Americano
An espresso that is mixed with around 120-180 ml of hot water.
Caffé Crema
We draw a larger amount of water through the portafilter.
Affogato
We put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a small cup and add freshly brewed espresso.

All our specialties can be prepared with cow's milk or with a plant-based milk alternative. We do not charge extra for this.

We have our coffee beans roasted locally by our partner BOHNENSTOLZ in Arnstadt. We pay attention to special quality, balanced taste and easy processing in our portafilter machines.
